ACJ and Volunteering

 

Voluntary work has a long history in Morocco; the culture of volunteering was respected by all the Moroccan population, several forms of voluntary work of solidarity, fraternity, cooperation and understanding were shared in the field of agriculture and social cohesion….

If Morocco contemporary work through the voluntary work to make the  foundations to encourage  the population to reinforce diffuse widely this tradition among the Moroccan society , the associations involved in this type of activities, which was founded in the fifties and the sixties and seventies …. Create approaches to deal with voluntary work.

 that was established adopted the following approaches for dealing with voluntary work:

- Considering that the voluntary work a tool to create solidarity and, social cohesion between individuals and groups

- Considering that the voluntary work, as a moral commitment of the individual or group that intends to involve in it

- Internationalization of voluntary work, because we consider that solidarity and social cohesion a global tradition, which gives opportunities to the volunteers to work together regardless of their nationality for solidarity and social cohesion and strengthen peace and intercultural dialogue

ACJ :concept of voluntary work 

ACJ:  adopted the word “volunteering / volunteer” in its  lexicon associative , since it’s the  real expression of the individual to be convinced  of values ​​of solidarity, social cohesion, and therefore the work the volunteer do reflects the commitment, enthusiasm, self-desire and the public interest.
